The lowest rates are only available to the most qualified applicants. The rate you are offered depends on the lender's underwriting, on your credit profile, on your income and on the security you provide.
Calculators
The calculators on this site perform arithmetic on the figures you enter. They are estimates for planning, not quotes. They do not include fees, insurance, taxes or penalties unless a field says so, and they do not predict what a lender will offer you.
