Why a city page at all
A lender operating in Canada is licensed provincially, so the practical difference between borrowing in one city and another is the province — and, at the margins, which lenders actively serve that market. What a city page adds is scale and context: how large the local market is, which products local borrowers ask about, and the provincial rule that governs the cost.
